Any cancellation must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival in order not to expose you to a penalty: if not, an amount equivalent to one night's accommodation will be debited from your credit card.
You can pick up your room from 2 pm on the day of arrival and the room must be vacated by 11 am the day of departure.
If you think you will arrive after 6 pm on the day of your reservation, please let us know so you can keep the room.
